After working in the M&A field for 16 years at EY and Sodica (Crédit Agricole group), Sébastien Neiss joined CM-CIC Investissement in 2016, working in Strasbourg to help prepare and implement the company’s expansion in Germany. He had previously worked on numerous cross-border French-German transactions, in a wide range of sectors, but always involving family-owned and medium-sized companies. With his bicultural background, his uccessful track record in cross-border co-operation and his extensive professional network, he is building a local team to implement CM-CIC Investissement’s investment philosophy.
Pascal Keck joined CIC Capital as an Investment Director in March 2018. Prior to CIC Capital, he worked for a private-equity investor based in northern Germany, a special situations investor in Munich as well as for a family-controlled Swedish conglomerate active based in London. He started his career as an Industrial Engineer with Siemens Semiconductors in Munich. In these positions, Pascal has been responsible for growth, optimization, re-structuring and M & A-Projects in Germany as well as various countries in Europe. Pascal holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Institute of Technology in Linköping, Sweden and also studied at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. He speaks German, English and Swedish.
Carsten Schindler joined the CIC Capital team in September 2018 and is responsible for the execution of CIC Capital´s investments in Germany. Before that he gained first transaction experience at M Cap Finance (a Mezzanine and Minorities Investment Fund) and worked for EY in the Audit Service Line. Through his experience he gained greater exposure to the Automotive, Life Sciences and Consumer Goods sectors. He holds a Master´s degree in Accounting, Controlling, Taxation. He speaks German, English and Spanish.
